2009 NYS Homebrewer(s) of the Year

Congratulations to Tom Ocque of the Upstate New York Homebrewers Association and Jake Ocque of the Niagara Association of Hombrewers for being the reigning NYS Homebrewers of the Year.  The new season is underway.  Who will take the honor this year?
